Applied Surfacing Technology is a local company that takes its roots back to 1977 when it was incorporated as Recreation Systems International. In 1987 we started a new division of CO-HA Builders, Inc. CO-HA specialized in custom homes and commercial general construction projects. As we evolved we found ourselves expanding in surfacing, flooring and equipment - all related to sports. To better describe what we do we changed our RSI name to Applied Surfacing Technology. Today we do business as CO-HA Builders, Inc. dba Applied Surfacing Technology and we pride ourselves as being Hawaii's premier sports surfacing, flooring and equipment specialty contractor.
